SYNOPSIS
In CIRCLE OF LOVE, after seven years, three couples who have been friends since college, find themselves at crossroads of their relationships. The problems stem from everyone expressing the likes and dislikes for their mates. The issues are hair, attitudes, and tattoos.
KIM teaches 3rd grade and is a physically attractive woman. She comes from an unstable foster home. Her alcoholic foster mother died two weeks before she graduated from high school. Kim has been in several abusive relationships and now finds herself engaged to Kyle, who is also abusive, verbally and physically. Despite her circumstances, she strives to maintain her personal relationship with Christ.
Her partner, KYLE, is a civil engineer. His parents are successful business entrepreneurs who feel Kim is not good enough for their son. Kyle stays in the relationship because she is beautiful, has “good hair,” and he can verbally and physically control her. Kyle has a serious problem with women with short hair. He despises God and believes that the church is a money racket.
PAM is a successful personal injury attorney. Her relationship with Ted is just a game to her. She is simply using him to get what she wants out of life. She has that same attitude toward God, praying only when trying to win a case. Pam is loud and obnoxious with a very negative and nasty demeanor.
TED is a hard-working, kind-hearted, conscientious man. Sstarting with his friends at the university, after the first semester, he realized that the large university setting was not for him. Instead, he transferred to a community college, learned the electrical trade, and graduated with an Associate degree. Even though Ted and Pam are not married, he has made numerous financial sacrifices for Pam to complete law school and set up her law practice. Ted works faithfully in his local church as a true believer in God's Word. Ted believes there is a special calling on his life from the Lord.
RITA and HARRIS have been married for seven years and are the parents of a set of twins, a boy and a girl. He is a CPA for the city, and she is a physical therapist. In her days of being young and wild, Rita acquired several tattoos, which Harris now has a problem accepting. She also acquired additional tattoos when the twins were born. Harris feels Rita trapped him into marriage by getting pregnant. Their marriage is facing difficulties because of a lack of communication.
What is going on in this CIRCLE OF LOVE? Will these three couples be able to resolve their issues, individually and as couples? The results will surprise you!
